An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills who are dedicated to working as part of the team.

Your main responsibility will be contacting patients by telephone to gain their consent for outsourcing to multiple private providers working with the trust to help reduce the COVID-19 backlog of patients requiring treatment. The post holder will also have additional duties such as data entry on excel spreadsheets, dealing with queries via email/telephone and collating patient's notes from trust clinical systems as well as other administrative duties.

Main duties of the job

This role will comprise all or some of the following duties:

You will be the first point of call for all patient/staff enquiries so must be confident in dealing with patients and staff at all levels.

You will be required to phone multiple patients on a daily basis so must have an excellent telephone manner.

To accurately record patient responses on Excel spreadsheets so must have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel.

To develop a good understanding of EPR & ERs systems.

Accurately and appropriately update and maintain EPR records as required.
