Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the digital learning team at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking for a Junior Content Creator to join our team, for a 6-month fixed term contract.
Are you a creative person with a love for video editing, podcasting, photography, and social media?
We are recruiting for a junior content creator to join our expanding team. If you are looking to learn the ins and outs of content creation and gaining key industry experience, we are looking for looking for you.
You will be familiar with working with YouTube\TikTok\Podcasts and other social media platforms, aspiring to become an instructional designer. You have excellent attention to detail, a flare for technology and an interest in Virtual and Augmented Reality tools.
You will be joining a team that manages the Hospitals Learning Management System (LMS), where some of your time will be handling queries from users, whilst the majority of your time will be focused on content
Main duties of the job
Duties:
- Assist with design, creation and editing of learning content.
- Assist with production editing and publishing of podcasts, videos, animations and learning materials.
- Handling queries from staff using the Learning Management System.
- Working with Subject Matter Experts to create interactive and immersive training.
- Maintaining and updating worklists.
- Liaising with the system administrators within Digital Learning.
- Proofreading content.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate an interest in digital education technology, desirably in a healthcare setting.
- Portfolio of work to demonstrate during the interview.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work at pace with a can-do attitude.
- Knowledge of, but not exclusively to, full Abode suite, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond, and Virti to name a few.
- Maths and English (9-4) and equivalent qualifications in ICT, design, art and technology
