Job summary
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills who is dedicated to working as part of our friendly team.

This post is required to work across both Southend and Broomfield sites.
You will be responsible for the overall management and control of the Medical Staffing Rota for Ophthalmology, ensuring the required level of cover is achieved and maintained to provide a safe service.
You will be required to gain in-depth experience of clinical requirements to ensure the Rota's are accurate at all times and provide the necessary support to the clinical teams and Ophthalmology Management team to help ensure an effective service is provided.
Main duties of the job
Assist the Ophthalmology Management team in the provision of a high-quality service in relation to clinical Rota management and service utilisation.
To imbed and maintain a new on-line Rota system. Providing support in the set-up and training of the system.
Ensure all clinical sessions are covered.
Facilitate and maintain accurate medical staff records.
