Job summary

The Healthcare Analytics department within Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust has a new role within its Analysis and Reporting team for a Teletracking Report Developer and Data Analyst.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with drive and passion to deliver quality reports and expert analytics working closely with key stakeholders to make a difference. The Healthcare Analytics department is pivotal to ensuring the data and analytics needs of the organisation are met and in supporting the organisation to make data driven, evidence based, decisions.

You will have strong technical skills allowing development of new reporting solutions alongside proven analytic experience to ensure clear business insights.

The role will offer hybrid working, including working from home as well as working on any of the hospital sites where necessary.

Main duties of the job

The Report Developer and Data Analyst designs, builds, develops and maintains various new reporting solutions, including automated reports and dashboards predominantly from the Teletracking system. The post holder provides analysis and insight to help support the service and their key objectives. The post holder is responsible for delivering high quality visualisation solutions to agreed specification and in accordance with departmental policies and best practice. These dashboards and reports will meet the needs of the Trust using the best data sources available and using benchmarks where available and applicable.

You are required to attend and actively participate in internal and external meetings providing technical expertise and offering advice and guidance as required.
