We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and motivated nurse with proven management experience and a passion for women's health to join our team as the Gynaecology Unit Manager.
Our Women's Health Unit delivers a wide range of ambulatory gynaecology services, including colposcopy, hysteroscopy, urogynaecology, and the termination of pregnancy service in addition the unit has a bespoke gynaecology outpatient department.
Main duties of the job
As Unit Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of patient care while fostering a supportive environment that empowers staff to reach their full potential. Your leadership will directly contribute to enhancing quality and safety across all services. Working closely with the Matron and Lead Nurse for Gynaecology, you will also help drive service development and implement positive change for the future.
