Reporting to the E&F Business Admin Manager, the postholder will support the delivery of a comprehensive, effective and customer focused Estates & Facilities business administration service (Hub) supporting the leadership team.
The operational Trainer at BTHFT provides induction, mandatory & development training to the estates and facilities directorate.
The postholder will need to communicate within their own team and the wider Estates & Facilities Team producing reports and following up on actions as required.
Duties will include supporting the Business Admin Manager with overall management of administration and training systems to enable, monitoring, analysis, and production of reports to provide assurance regarding performance such as, attendance, sickness absence, appraisals, recruitment, auditing, compliance, training, and service specific performance targets.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will be responsible for the management, leadership and development of a teamdelivering training, ensuring performance & compliance. The postholder will be responsible for delivering and monitoring training requirements of the directorate.
The job holder will be expected to work on their own initiative and as part of a team to ensure successful delivery of the business management services. The postholder will demonstrate a practical application of a range of administrative systems, processes and organizational policy and procedure.

Daily Delivery of mandatory training for staff across the E&F Directorate, this may include supporting members of staff with additional needs in a group or 1-2-1 setting.
Provide practical, hands-on training across a variety of subjects.
Plan and publish training calendars.
Observe workplace practice and arrange induction paperwork.
Ensure employee training files are up to date through using ESR and local files, this will include producing reports to ensure compliance within the directorate
Processing invoices, including validation with other services as may be required
