If so then the Bradford Children's Community Nursing Team is the place for you.
We are looking to recruit Children's Nurses (RSCN/RN(child)) for our Community Nursing Team.
It is essential that you have a car and a valid driving licence to fulfill this role.

Due to this being a predominantly autonomous role, you will need to be able to demonstrate you have the skills and experience to make sound, rationalised decisions.
Main duties of the job
You will be expected to hold your own caseload of patients. In return, we will ensure that you are well supported through our extensive training and probation programme. After probation you will continue to be supported with regular 1:1s and supervision.
Our Children's Community Nursing service provides nursing support for families with children and young people who have complex health care needs.
You would be expected to support our Band 4 HCSWs in delivering our Continuing Care Service. This service delivers packages of care to eligible children who have complex health needs within their own homes.
The main aim of our service is to care for children at home and to prevent them being admitted to hospital.
This exciting role will allow you to gain knowledge and experience in the community setting.
If you would love to be a Community Nurse and are passionate about providing an excellent nursing service to the children of Bradford and their families, then come and join our supportive and friendly team.
