Your role will include:

  • Producing high-impact video content that tells the incredible stories of our staff and patients
  • Leading creative digital campaigns that amplify our vision and values
  • Developing our intranet and websites, ensuring compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and delivering a seamless user experience
  • Designing engaging learning and development content to support our teams
  • Driving the evolution of our digital platforms, ensuring they're accessible, modern, and effective

  • Degree in digital media, broadcasting, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Additional management or specialist communications/digital content qualifications at post graduate level or equivalent level of experience
  • Evidence of continuous professional and personal development

Experience

  • Senior level expertise of leading the development of digital content, campaigns/programmes in a creative industry.
  • Extensive experience of leading on media relations specifically creating high quality, engaging video content
  • Experience of delivering and supporting Organisational Development programmes
  • Experience of delivering cultural change in large complex organisations
  • Experience of website and digital design, development and delivery Application/Interview
