EPR TACC Workstream Lead

Band 7

A great opportunity for an experienced workstream lead has become available in the Joint EPR Team working across Bradford Teaching Hospitals, Airedale and Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust. Candidates should have experience of designing, development and implementation of new business processes. Full job description and person specification are attached.

Main duties of the job

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (BTFHT) is a highly digitised Trust with almost no paper in clinical areas. We implemented the Oracle Health / Cerner Millennium Electronic Patient Record (EPR) on a shared domain with Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust in 2017 and subsequently rolled out the Maternity module in March 2022. We are now now working to bring Airedale General Hospital Foundation Trust onto the shared domain to use the EPR and to add the Theatres Anaesthesia and Critical Care (TACC) Module into our shared domain.

The jobholder will be responsible for leading the ongoing design and development of the TACC module, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of the BTHFT and AGHFT.

This will include originating, developing and managing Change Requests which could require in depth analysis of current working practices, process mapping and policy analysis. The post holder is expected to develop a strong relationship with the TACC areas in the Trusts and with the EPR supplier Oracle Health to design and support new and existing build, including testing and go live activities.

As workstream lead for the TACC module is expected to take the lead on all TACC related EPR changes, policy and service delivery, including live issue resolution.
