Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator at the Bradford Macular Centre. The post holder will act as first point of contact for all patients and visitors to the Centre and will assist the administration team in providing a high standard of patient care.
Your communication skills must be first class alongside a professional and friendly manner. You must possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy and an understanding of patient confidentiality and sensitivity is a must.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will assist in the day-to-day running of the Macular Department. The responsibilities will be varied but will include reception duties, completion of appointment outcomes, adding patients to appropriate follow-up waiting lists, preparing clinic information, validation of waiting lists, booking outpatient appointments, dealing with patient queries and other administration duties.
