Job summary

To provide a multi-functional efficient and effective senior administrative and Personal Assistant (PA) service to the Department.

To assist with the maintenance and development of the Department's quality management system.

Support delivery of training and development within the Directorate.

  • Experience of providing an effective administrative support function, including taking minutes of meetings
  • Experience of providing personal assistant duties including diary management.

  • Experience of clerical work within the NHS.

  • Good communication and customer services skills
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

  • RSA Stage II Word/Text Processing or equivalent experience
