We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative individual to join our team as an Organisational Development Facilitator; to support our workforce to develop and thrive at BTHFT.

Main duties of the job
We'd like you to bring your unique skills, drive and motivation to help us create a thriving community where everyone can learn, grow and reach their full potential. You will support our OD Practitioner in designing, delivering and evaluating our leadership and development offers for our staff and working with wider colleagues to help support teams to grow and develop.
