Job summary
Brief Description of the Role:
To undertake a multi-skilled senior administrative role supporting the maintenance, repairs and inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures.
The post-holder will make arrangements for the availability of stock materials and non-stock materials along with the management of the associated paperwork for procurement, receipt and distribution.

Applicants must have worked within a maintenance environment and served a recognised plumbing, electrical, mechanical engineering or multi-skilled apprenticeship (or equivalent level of experience in a workshop environment), and have an understanding of the operational procedures and safe working practices of major items of plant, consumables and equipment, with knowledge and experience of Health & Safety.
