PA - Surgery & Digestive Diseases CSU
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed PA to the join the Surgery & Digestive Diseases CSU leadership team.
The post holder will provide a high quality confidential and highly skilled secretarial and administrative support to the CSU leadership team. This requires effective administration skills and knowledge of multiple information systems to enable the efficient running of the departments.
Main duties of the job
You should be literate and numerate, with excellent organisational, time management and IT skills and an ability to work without supervision. RSA III typing/ word processing is essential or equivalent considered.PA / secretarial experience is desirable but not essential. You will have a high standard of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels. You will have enthusiasm, motivation and demonstrate pride in your work. You should be proficient using the Microsoft systems.
