Job summary
Applications are invited for the position of Medical Recruitment and Employment Services Officer. The vacancy has arisen following the development and promotional progression of the previous post holder.
Main duties of the job
To support the Medical HR Manager and Medical HR Officer to ensure the provision of a comprehensive Medical HR service; providing advice and support to managers, staff and candidates on the full range of medical HR matters.
To develop knowledge of the various Terms and Conditions of Service for medical and dental staff in order to provide accurate advice to staff and managers .
To provide recruitment and selection advice on the recruitment of all grades of medical and dental staff, and provide guidance and support to managers whilst ensuring best practice and compliance with Trust and legislative requirements.
