Brief Description of Post:

The purpose of the role is to facilitate the ongoing rollout and development of SupplyX, an inventory management system currently being implemented within the trust and to administrate connected systems such as Nexus, Exchange and Oracle.
A candidate needs to be able to work as part of a team, be adaptable to shifting deadlines and responsibilities, able to influence and steer junior/senior members of trust within and outside the department.
Main duties of the job
The primary responsibility of the postholder will be the ongoing maintenance of SupplyX and all connected systems such as GHX Nexus, Exchange and Oracle. This will range from user set-up to system troubleshooting. The postholder will also be driving the further rollout of SupplyX with the support of the E-Procurement Officer and Senior Data and Systems manager.
The ideal candidate should enjoy working as part of a team, be motivated, keen to learn, able to influence, conduct strategic planning, have excellent inter-personnel skills and have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
