Job summary
Our Early Years Practitioner will be passionate and enthusiastic to work in our highly valued nursery. You must hold a minimum of a level 3 recognised Early Years qualification and be able to work varied and flexible shifts to meet the demands of our workplace nursery setting.
We are looking for a special person who is great fun, has a creative imagination, doesn't mind getting messy, and can answer all questions put to them by curious little minds! You must be able to sing (tunefully or not) and enjoy telling stories that come alive. This is not an exclusive list and is subject to change every three minutes.
More importantly, you must be ready to become part of our friendly team and share the same vision to be the best that we can be in caring for and educating our next generation of excited and enthusiastic learners.
You will have a sound knowledge of the EYFS, have effective communication skills and be able to work collaboratively in a large team. You should have an excellent knowledge of child development, safeguarding and be able to demonstrate a high level of practice and knowledge with children.
