Job summary

The primary purpose of the role is to produce digital media content for the promotion and implementation of the EPR. The position will sit within the Digital Team and support the EPR Training and Comms teams.

You'll be joining a friendly Digital Education to design and deliver digital media to support the Trusts implementation of EPIC, the Trust's Electronic Patient Record. We are fortunate to have experts in all digital production areas including Video Production, Live-streaming, Online Learning, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Web Services. The team is always looking to explore new ways of deploying digital technologies and welcomes fresh ideas and innovative thinking. The role will be the primary digital media content creator utilised throughout the implementation of EPIC and will work closely with our EPR and Comms teams.

Main duties of the job

o Video production and editing to help promote and help implement the EPRo Livestream EPR eventso Provide graphic designs for print and digital deviceso Design animations to deliver comms/training messages to staff, patients and publico Add audio and audio effects to videos and animations where appropriateo Project managing specific pieces of work from request through to delivery, directly working with customers of the service

Attends meetings internal to the organisation to discuss work and projects that video or media production is supporting. Day to day contact with a variety of staff, service users and customers. Manages projects and monitors project progress, working towards deadlines. Assists with the coordination of the video production schedule. Assists with input and organisation of media project plans and timeframes. Assists with organising Studio and media equipment activity across the Digital Horizons team.
