Job summary
The Training Coordinator will provide comprehensive support and coordination of key training activities for the EPR Programme. Duties will include administration, resource management and communication with internal and external staff, business partners and other stakeholders. They will be a key contact for Training queries across the One Devon EPR Programme.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will take overall responsibility for providing efficient day to day project support and administration services across EPR training. They will operate at all times with reference to both the Programme's and the Trusts' objectives and priorities ensuring the development of effective partnership working across the EPR Programme with key programme stakeholders from across the region. They will also be required to become an expert on the Learning Management System used for updating, reporting and monitoring training registration.
The ideal candidate must have a flexible approach to meet the needs of the programme, be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to handle a number of competing priorities at any one time.
