Child and Family Health Devon

Child and Family Health Devon (CFHD) have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our friendly Business Support team based in Exeter.

Our Senior Administrator will have a key role in communication with families and professions both via email and telephone, along with mailbox management, distribution of letters and reports and providing general administration support.

Part time 22.5 hours, preferably Monday to Wednesday 09:00 to 17:00

Main duties of the job

  • Main duties include:

    • Providing excellent customer service by responding to incoming telephone and email queries in a timely and accurate way
    • Use of electronic systems
    • Preparation of electronic and paper files
    • Assisting with reporting and compilation of data
    • Producing outcome and appointment letters
    • Booking of clinical appointments
    • General administrative tasks

CFHD provides integrated care and treatment for children and young people across physical and mental health which are provided by Torbay and South Devon Foundation Trust and Devon Partnership Trust.

We are working closely with other organisations and providers to ensure we deliver locality and county-wide based integrated access to all of our services, based on the i-Thrive Framework, in response to consultation with our service users and communities.

CFHD works closely with our local universities of Plymouth, Exeter & the Peninsula Medical School where we support students in clinical training placements and in addition support our own staff to undertake post graduate training.

Our integrated care and treatment has been developed and refined in partnership with children, young people and their families/carers.
