Qualifications, skills and knowledge
Essential
- Good standard of Education GSCE in Maths and English or equivalent
- Experience in a similar Secretarial role
- Ability to use Medical Terminology appropriately
- ability to effectively use the Microsoft Office Software ( word, excel )
- Customer care experience of providing a customer focused service
Desirable
- knowledge of hospital systems ie: PAS, Infoflex, Cyberlab
- Audio typing
- Medical Terminology qualification
