Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to come and work within the Lower Limb Therapy Service (LLTS), as a part time team administrator.
The LLTS is a nurse led specialist service delivering high quality wound care and compression therapy treatments for patients with lower limb ulcerations. Clinics are based across the Trust footprint in 8 outpatient locations, and LLTS also works closely with community nursing services supporting housebound patients.
The team are friendly and welcoming, and the successful candidate will work closely with our current part time administrator to provide a 5 day per week service.
The successful candidate to be friendly, professional and able to work under pressure with excellent communication skills.
This post is part time, 3 days per week to include a Tuesday and Thursday to provide full time administrative cover for the service. The post holder may be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, and cover leave.
The post base will be at Dawlish Hospital in the LLTS Admin Office.

Main duties of the job
To work as a team administrator for a specialist nursing service delivering high quality administrative services.
To communicate effectively with patients and carers, clinicians, MDT, and stakeholders via telephone and/or email, demonstrating courtesy and respect at all times.
To ensure all office based tasks are completed working in close conjunction with the existing LLTS administrator

- Proven relevant experience in a busy office environment
