Job summary
To manage, co-ordinate and participate in the change and training elements of projects within the Community IT Projects Team, helping to enable their successful implementation
To lead a team of IT Change and Training personnel managing their day to day workloads and staffing matters
To assist the relevant project managers to ensure benefits defined in the projects' Business Cases are fully realised
Main duties of the job
Manage a number of concurrent change and training work packages for a number of different projects
Manage project change activities ensuring detailed change documentation is created and recommendations on change requirements and processes are discussed, agreed and implemented
Manage the preparation of different mediums of training material and the provision of training sessions
Identify, document and put processes in place to ensure that project benefits are realised and, post project implementation, provide reports comparing anticipated benefits with actual benefits realised
Manage a team of IT Change and Training personnel including any related HR matters
Co-ordinate and participate in the provision of post go live support activities
