Are you looking to start your career with the NHS?Do you want to be part of a friendly and dynamic team?Children & Family Health Devon (CFHD) have a vacancy for a part time Receptionist/Administrator to join our team in North Devon at Springfield Court, Barnstaple. Working days will be Monday to Thursday, 30 hours.
You will be part of a team providing a reception function and support for our young people, families, clinicians and partners across Devon and Torbay.
Main duties include telephone calls, greeting families & visitors at reception, room bookings, producing appointment lists, use of electronic systems, processing of incoming & outgoing correspondence, scanning, photocopying and general administrative tasks to support other business support teams within CFHD.
