About us

Why Work With Us

The TRI service is part of the Growth In Action (GIA) alliance which includes our local Homelessness Hostel delivered by Torbay Council and Torbay Domestic Abuse Service (TDAS) which is delivered by Sanctuary.

Therefore, knowledge in these areas would also be beneficial. GIA employs a trauma-informed approach for those who access our services but also assumes that all of us have potentially experienced trauma and therefore key principles should be applied throughout our daily work.
