Our Onboarding Co-ordinator seeks to support the delivery of an effective and value led service to Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust.
This includes the provision of high-quality co-ordination, administration and supporting a variety of activities within the Resourcing Hub.
Main duties of the job
- co-ordinate a variety of onboarding activities for new starters, including both internal and external candidates, bank workers and overseas recruitment
- work closely with the team leader to assist organising a variety of events, supporting with logistics, planning and attending on the day
- frequently use a number of resourcing systems such as Trac, ESR, Bank Allocate and Health Roster to maintain records and support the completion of tasks
- working as a team to manage a busy, shared inbox and deal with first line enquires, ensuring to priortise and/or signpost accordingly
- support managers within the Resourcing Hub with high priority tasks
