A fantastic, fixed term vacancy has opened up for a Medical HR Administration Assistant within the Medical HR team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston.
The role will offer an opportunity to take on a supportive role for the fast-paced Medical HR Team. If you're looking for a challenge and wish to develop specialist knowledge of medical staffing, then we would like to hear from you.
As the Medical HR Administrative support, you will play a key role in supporting the team with day-to-day enquiries, mainly by phone and email.
Excellent communication skills are essential along with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn in a fast-paced role
You should be educated to NVQ 3 or equivalent level with experience of working in administrative roles. There will be extensive opportunities to develop skills within this role and work closely with a wide variety of colleagues both within Medical HR and the wider trust.

Main duties of the job
- The role will work as part of the Medical HR team supporting the administrative and Medical HR processes in order to deliver a high quality and efficient service to users.
- The post holder will support the Medical HR team in providing a comprehensive Medical HR service in a knowledgeable and supportive manner to a wide range of enquiries, providing advice where appropriate in line with terms and conditions, Trust policies and procedures and signposting to a variety of information sources and other teams. The role will support the Medical HR team in managing and co-ordinating key administration processes, including electronic and manual systems.
