Job summary
The post holder will play a key role supporting the governance, patient safety and complaints processes within the Division of Surgery across the Bristol and Weston sites. The post holder will provide support across the Division on all aspects of patient safety, incidents, complaints and governance issues as they relate to staff, managers and clinical governance teams, ensuring the Division is compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements such as the Care Quality Commission Standards and Trust policies and procedures.
Main duties of the job
