Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join the UHB Trust Safeguarding Team. This is a permanent Full time position to provide administrative support to the wider Safeguarding Team.
You will be the first point of contact for the Safeguarding Team, The successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication and telephone skills. You will need to be able to demonstrate accurate message taking ability. Experience of working in a busy environment would be beneficial. We are looking for a team player who has great interpersonal skills. Due to the often changing nature of the work this role would suit a person who has strong time management skills and the ability to prioritse effectively.
The Safeguarding Team deals with information that is upsetting on a daily basis and because of this post would suit candidates who demonstrate, resilience, calmness under pressure and supreme professionalism.
Main duties of the job
- To provide an administrative service to the Safeguarding Team
- This role will focus on ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient administrative structure and process to support safeguarding activity across the Trust. The role incorporates wide and varied duties and requires a board range of excellent general administrative ability.
