Job summary

This post provides an opportunity to gain experience in limb reconstruction techniques in a leading limb reconstruction unit. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will develop skills to pursue a career in adult or paediatric limb reconstruction. The weekly programme is flexible and the emphasis is on the involvement in the management of patients with limb injuries as well as the surgical treatment of congenital and acquired limb deformity.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be able to attend up to 7 operating sessions per week as well as being involved in the clinic and ward management of limb reconstruction patients.
