As the Specialty Manager for Dermatology, along with the Clinical Lead, Matron and Divisional Management, you will provide leadership for the service. You will be responsible for:
- Day to day operational management of your specialty
- Professional leadership of the administrative function in your specialty
- Leading on service development and driving delivery of the specialty vision
- Ensuring that we have the right workforce to deliver safe,high qualitycare for our patients
- Managing delegated budgets and identifying and implementing cost improvement opportunities
- Leading on governance, quality and patient safety ensuring that complaints, incidents and risks are managed in line withTrust policy
