Job summary

As the CTU Admin Manager you will have a key responsibility to assist the CTU Manager and CTU Senior Management Team in undertaking day to day administrative tasks and office management.

CTU is a vibrant fast paced department, delivering ongoing activity for 100+ commercial and non-commercial clinical trials, and working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including (but not limited to) patients, investigators, sponsors, contract research organisations, charities, universities and the NHS community.

Main duties of the job

A significant proportion of this role will involve having oversight of the CTU Income database, ensuring timely invoicing is achieved across the CTU portfolio. Financial management experience is desired for this post, across a range of accounting areas including reconciliation and balances, VAT payments and deductions, finance computer systems and ledgers.

The successful candidate will lead in the day to day running of the CTU office, organising events, planning and coordinating meetings on behalf of the teams, diary management, minute taking, and set up of clinic calendars.

The successful candidate will also provide line management support and leadership to the CTU Admin Team.
