Main duties of the job
The Recruitment Operations Manager is an integral role within the senior HR team responsible for the day to day management and provision of the Recruitment service.
The post holder will ensure effective leadership and management of the service and lead on key aspects of the organisations recruitment and retention strategies.
Reporting to the Head of Resourcing the post holder will work closely with the wider HR team to ensure operational and transactional activity is undertaken and aligned to the Trust's objectives, aims and ambitions.
The post holder will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Resourcing on a day-to-day basis with outward relationship management, performance management, supervision of the Recruitment Service Managers and production of management information including Key Performance Indicators.
The post holder will lead the continuous development of an effective, quality and customer focused recruitment service and a portfolio of continuous improvement projects.
