Job summary
Are you a proactive, non-judgemental nurse, committed to working in contraception and sexual health services?
If so, Unity Sexual Health is looking for you. The post will involve working Monday - Saturday for 35 hours a week and will mostly be based at our main Bristol site - Central Health Clinic, with the likelihood of some community working at a number of sites across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. The job will also involve working within the busy Chlamydia Screening Office. Saturdays are normally one in four.
Main duties of the job
Unity Sexual Health is a busy, dynamic clinical environment providing integrated sexual health and contraception services.
- You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, but also be working towards being an independent practitioner.
- Work with a diverse patient group, involved in providing contraception and sexual health services.
You will be a nurse with relevant post qualification experience.
Put patients at the heart of your practice; be able to work effectively and safely under pressure; have excellent organisational skills.
Be willing to complete further studies if necessary.
