Our ED has a fantastic opportunity for RCEM credentialed EC ACP.

We are excited to recruit an RCEM credentialed ED ACP to a growing team. We have several Trainee ACPs, some close to credentialing and a commitment to increase and develop our Team. You would work across the whole of the Emergency department including some time spent in the Emergency Department SDEC. It really is an exciting time to join our team with a Trust wide commitment to Advanced Practice. And having been through the credentialing process yourself be part of supporting the junior members of the Team.
Main duties of the job
Leadership and Management
- Role model the values of the organisation, demonstrating a personcentred approach to service delivery and development.
- Evaluate your own practice and participate in MDT service and team evaluation, demonstrating the impact of advanced clinical practice on service function and effectiveness, and quality (outcomes of care, experience and safety).
- Actively engage in peer review to transform your own and others practice, formulating and implementing strategies to act on learning and make improvements
- Actively seek feedback and involvement from individuals, families, carers, communities and colleagues in the co-production of service improvements
