An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Manager within our urgent care division. You will work with our clinical teams within a range of services including Radiology, Pathology, Therapies, Orthotics and Dietetics. Leading and supporting these teams to transform and deliver services within our hospital setting and working with system colleagues to deliver system change across Somerset
Main duties of the job
This role is a senior management role with a high profile and we are looking for an experienced Allied Health Professional with significant level of leadership knowledge and operational experience including budget management, workforce planning, business planning and performance management.
You will need to demonstrate highly developed leadership behaviours and be a role model for our values, inclusion, staff engagement and supporting our teams.
