Launched in 2018, Healthcare Partners Ltd (HPL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust. We provide services to the Trust as well as other clients in the public and private sectors, and all our profits are reinvested back into the Trust.

Main duties of the job
Role Description
The Head of Procurement and Supply Chain is a crucial role within the organisation, tasked with the responsibility of overseeing and developing the procurement and supply chain strategy to ensure the smooth running of operations. Taking a leading role in the team the successful candidate will be able to further strengthen capabilities and solutions HPL offer. The successful candidate will be able to:
- Supply Chain Strategy: create strategic change and actionable plans to align supply chains with clients business objectives and priorities
- Procurement Delivery: a fully comprehensive public sector procurement service, which delivers robust and efficiently priced VFM contracts, with pace and assurance
- Build Capability: developing comprehensive supplier performance management systems and processes to support the continuous improvement of our clients
- Delivering Outcomes: Building resilience & sustainability within the supply chain, and rapidly delivering cost & customer performance improvements.
The role is full-time with the opportunity for home working.
