Job summary
Are you a compassionate, motivated nurse who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment where no two days are the same?
Do you want to be part of a forward-thinking Trust that values teamwork, kindness, and high-quality patient care?

Main duties of the job
As a Band 5 Staff Nurse in AMU, you will:
- Provide high-quality, individualised care to patients with a wide range of acute medical conditions.
- Carry out holistic patient assessments, develop care plans, and deliver safe, effective interventions.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families and the wider multi-disciplinary team.
- Support junior colleagues, students and healthcare assistants as part of your role.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to audits, quality improvement, and governance activities.
- Uphold the NMC Code and the Trust's values--demonstrating integrity, openness and professionalism at all times.
