We're looking for a Health and Wellbeing Project Support Coordinator to support our innovative programme:From Isolation to Connection: Finding Common Ground -- a one-year exploration into loneliness among healthcare staff.
? About the Role
This part-time role (2 days/week) is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven by purpose. You'll play a key role in:
- Researching the prevalence and impact of loneliness, including links to mental health and suicide.
- Engaging staff through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to understand lived experiences.
- Co-producing wellbeing initiatives with staff and supporting their delivery.
- Building partnerships and helping to organise inclusive social activities.
- Contributing to strategic planning and national NHS learning on staff wellbeing.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
o Design and deliver research methods to capture staff experiences.o Analyse data to identify trends and inform recommendations.o Facilitate inclusive engagement activities and workshops.o Support the Health and Wellbeing Team in piloting new initiatives.

o Has experience in research, staff engagement, or wellbeing projects.o Communicates with empathy and clarity across diverse groups.o Is confident working independently and collaboratively.o Is passionate about creating a more connected and supportive workplace.
