Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and organisedStrategy Project Facilitatorto support the delivery of key strategic projects as part of the South East Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDN). This role will work closely with the Corporate Services Manager to coordinate, deliver and report on a wide range of high-impact strategic initiatives. These projects are designed to improve capacity and capability in research delivery, and ultimately contribute to a more efficient, inclusive, and effective research ecosystem.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the future of health and care research. By supporting strategic projects that enhance research inclusion, build research capacity, and improve delivery systems, you'll help ensure research studies include more people and reach diverse communities--ultimately shaping better outcomes for patients and the wider population.
Main duties of the job
You will work with the Corporate Services Manager to play a key role in coordinating and supporting a range of complex strategic projects involving multiple stakeholders. Working closely with senior colleagues, you will manage project timelines, contribute to planning and reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret data, manage stakeholder relationships, and work across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, confident working with complexity, and passionate about improving research delivery and inclusion. Experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement and a good understanding of healthcare and/or research environments will be highly beneficial.
