We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Officer to join our dynamic and supportive team, helping to recruit and on-board staff across multiple NHS Trusts.
The Royal Surrey has recently launched the People Flexi-Bank, a collaborative service for temporary staffing across the Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care System (ICS). Whilst this position will support temporary staffing recruitment, this is a permanent role.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will be at the heart of the recruitment journey. From attracting top talent to supporting candidates and managers throughout the hiring process, your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality care across the NHS.
What you will be doing:o Acting as the first point of contact for potential candidateso Supporting end-to-end recruitment, from job adverts to on-boardingo Working closely with managers to identify staffing needs and refine job descriptionso Coordinating interviews, managing applications and ensuring smooth candidate experienceso Ensuring timely and efficient recruitment that meets service demands
Please note this is an onsite role, and interviews will be held in person. There will be an assessment, as part of the interview process.

Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive, high quality recruitment administration service to allManagers, Trust staff and potential applicants.
To support, develop and maintain E-Recruitment via NHS jobs, HR Payroll and ESR.
To act as a first point of contact to thegeneral public interested in working for the Trust.
To provide general recruitmentsupport as required and work as part of the Human Resources team to provide aneffective and efficient recruitment and staff support service.
To ensure that the NHSEmployment Check Standards are followed at all stages of the recruitment process.
