Main duties of the job
About the Role
As an Assistant Specialty Manager, you will work closely with the Integrated Frailty Leadership Team to support the effective operational management of our frailty services, which include:
o Single Point of Accesso Hospital at Homeo Urgent Community Responseo Frailty Same Day Emergency Careo Milford Integrated Care Hub
This is a varied and rewarding leadership role where you will:
? Oversee the day-to-day operations of services, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.? Analyse and report on service data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.? Support workforce management, including recruitment processes and staffing plans.? Drive service improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing transformation of care for older people.? Build effective relationships with clinical teams, stakeholders, and senior managers.
