Are you an enthusiastic, motivated Band 5 Physiotherapist, newly qualified or looking to progress and build further knowledge and skills in a community setting?
Main duties of the job
We are looking to recruit a Full Time rotational Junior Physiotherapist to join our Community Therapy Team in Guildford and Waverley. The rotations currently are MSK out-patients, In-patients (sub-acute ortho-geriatric, frailty), and Community Therapy Team, who see both urgent and general rehabilitation, including patients with neurological impairments. You will be part of a friendly and experienced team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, PTAs and Community Rehabilitation Assistants. You need to be a good team player, organised and motivated with a caring and compassionate attitude. You must be willing to learn to use IT applications to carry out this job effectively. You will need to be able to travel independently between sites and to patients' homes.
