Job summary
We are looking for a part time Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our friendly and supportive Community Therapy Team (CTT).
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be working in the Community Therapy Team based in SW Surrey covering Guildford and Waverley areas. We provide Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy to adults in their community, including those who have neurological conditions, frailty or have had orthopaedic surgery. Our main base is at Milford Hospital, with a satellite office at Guildford. The role involves providing rehabilitation to patients in their own homes and providing support to staff as required.
The post holder will be supported to further develop their knowledge and skills in their chosen area of speciality. They will have professional responsibility for themselves and for the staff they supervise. They will be expected to contribute to the on-going development of clinical practice, standards, research, as well as policies, protocols, guidelines and service development.

You must be well organised and an excellent communicator and be willing to work flexibly. Time management skills and the ability to deal with caseload/staff demands are essential.
