Main duties of the job

You will work with a range of stakeholders across Surrey Heartlands ICS to discover, design, implement and deliver a Scaling People Services Programme as envisioned within NHS England's within 'The future of NHS human resources and organisational development' report, published in November 2021. Communication skills are key, with a requirement to work with individuals across varying organisations, at different levels of seniority. The role also requires interpretation of complex information to varying audiences, including training other workforce members or cascading to members of the public and those who use our services.

If this role is right for you, you should have a keen interest in facilitating change, be quality and results driven, have excellent attention to detail and excel at managing your own workload and meeting deadlines.

Working knowledge of HR functions and systems is an advantage, but not required.
