Job summary

We are actively seeking the ideal candidate to step into the role of leading our Orthopaedic physiotherapy team alongside another colleague.

As a specialised practitioner, you will hold your own caseload while also taking the helm of the services leadership.

Main duties of the job

You will have a mixed case load of trauma and elective patients. We currently lead the management and fitting of spinal orthosis and are actively involved within the local rehabilitation network, with involvement in the Trust's Trauma Care Delivery Group, Trauma Unit Peer Reviews.

You will work alongside a Team lead colleague who leads in elective care taking pivotal role in the Trusts elective fast track recovery pathways.

The post is a full time role, with requirement to work across weekends. There are opportunities for part time and flexible working if the service needs are met.
