Job summary
We are looking for an Organisational Development & Inclusion Practitioner to join the People and Inclusion team. It is an exciting time to join the team as we have just launched a new strategy, and equality and diversity play a key part in this.
The EDI team supports the entire Trust, and this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of activities and contribute to the Trust's delivery of its equality plans.
Main duties of the job
You will report to the Head of EDI and be the day-to-day contact for EDI queries from all staff and partners via the equality and diversity inbox. You will work closely with and support the staff networks. Under the guidance of your line manager, you will support all reporting requirements such as Gender Pay, WRES, WDES, and Public Sector Duty reports, ensuring they are written and published on time, and develop action plans, ensuring they are delivered and monitored.
You will also be expected to deliver a range of diversity-related training to staff and look to develop a range of EDI analytics to support workforce plans. There will also be opportunities to work on a range of projects, which may include contributing to the Trust's racism strategy, developing and implementing Occupational Health processes, supporting staff survey action plans, and monitoring recruitment trends and diversity.

This role sits within our People, OD and Inclusion team, which is responsible for offering a strategic professional HR service to the Trust, supporting all divisions and departments. The team consists of Divisional People Leads, Strategic Recruitment and Reward, Employee Relations, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Organisational Development, Workforce Planning, Roster, and Medical Staffing.
