Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

The closing date is 17 June 2025

Job summary

The SEND Clinical Co-Ordinator works closely with the Senior Management of the trust and the Integrated Health Board's (ICB) Designated Clinical Officer for SEND (DCO(SEND)) to ensure that the wide SEND agenda is addressed.
