We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist, Band 8c who would like to provide clinical expertise to chesterfield CMHT and manage the Working Age Adult Psychological Therapies team covering North Derbyshire. Our team of Psychologists & Psychological therapists are passionate about developing services that create meaningful change based on lived experience, so that people flourish, feel connected and empowered to pursue their aspirations.

Join our friendly Division of Psychology and Psychological Therapies (DPPT) at a truly exciting transformational time for us with our focus on 'Living Well' Community Mental Health Framework and trauma-informed care. Together, these developments have collaboration, lived experience and compassionate relationships at the core and DPPT Services have a pivotal role.
You will be responsible for shaping the psychological input in to the WAA Community Services in North Derbyshire. You will have a role in developing and leading on developments within the division of psychology and psychological therapies and the wider trust.
You will provide individual & group clinical work with your colleagues, promoting psychological ideas by offering advice and consultation in addition to supervision and training to colleagues, multi-disciplinary practitioners, the wider organisation and contribute to service development.
We support and develop our staff to work with complexity, eg, by access to training to support work with complex trauma & offer specialist supervision 1:1 or in facilitated groups for DBT, CFT, complex dissociation, Psychodynamic, CAT, CBT or EMDR. We are strongly committed to research, there are many opportunities in our year-old Division.
