We are looking for people to support the mental health physiotherapy team to undertake the delivery of a comprehensive, high quality service for older adults who are on inpatient facilities at Kingsway site, Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
You will be required to effectively prioritise your workload and will be able to respond to competing demands on your time.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with patients, carers and all levels of staff, dealing with calls promptly and sensitively and ensuring that urgent care is provided on as appropriate.
We will provide training so that you can order basic rehabilitation equipment and perform evidence-based treatments.

Essential
- GCSE English or Maths (minimum Grade C) or equivalent
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- First aid certificate
Skills
Essential
- Good command of the English language is essential, both verbal and written
- Able to demonstrate ability to complete aspects of training as identified as necessary
- IT skills - for example, able to use word to communicate information, excel basic functions and email communication
- Able to maintain patient records recording own activities
- Able to report on a patient's progress
Desirable
- Able to report on a patient's progress and make changes as agreed on the plan
Experience
Essential
- Experience working with older adults
